In the UK we are driving our integration objective through educational and financial empowerment.

Our focus remains on women in childbearing age, and we support them to become childminders through partnerships with other organisations working in that sector.

This approach has multiple benefits as the women are able to look after their own children while also earning income by looking after other children. This has increased the number of the women we support who are now economically active.

Our target is to enrol 150 women this year and we will report on this in our next annual report.
